idk what is up with this location in particular but it almost always comes sloppily made and with disproportionate amounts of ingredients. I literally pay 1.29 for the plant based chicken and 1 of our 2 sandwiches always comes with almost none, but drowning in lettuce, why tropical smoothie cafe? why?

The flatbread had old, wilted lettuce and the smoothie wasn't blended well, it had ice chucks in it.
