3 slices of banana, and a small bowl there are better smoothie bowls in the area for similar prices. Sunrise Superfood in Wake Forest is a better deal.

The smoothie was delicious, but the turkey bacon sandwich was terrible. The bread was chewy, and the sandwich was so hot that it seemed like it had been microwaved. The combination of hot turkey, tomatoes, and avocado was unappetizing. I've ordered this sandwich several times, and it has always been served cold.

We love Tropical Smoothie- the açaí bowls are delicious, the ingredients are so fresh and you can customize with many extra fruits and toppings, as well as adjust the sweeteners.

Skimped me in the xtra granola barely any in there. Pineapple was not ripe at all. Hard to chew

only problem i have here is that the MAPLE-KISSED SWEET POTATOES where veeerryyy underdone just cooked enough to be able to eat. after around 10 minutes in the oven they were good tho. still shouldn't have to put my stuff in the oven for it to be good :(. on the other hand the smoothies are great every time, they don't melt as fast as other places.
