• 22-03-31My order was delivered promptly and the food tasted great. The biscuits were massive. The banana pudding, though, is an insult at a price of $9.35 for a mere pittance of a serving size. It was, quite literally, laughable. The quality of the food redeemed my rating; otherwise, the lack of actual value would have dropped it by a star.

• 25-07-28Classic Chicken* & Waffles are good even it's cold when it was delivered. I've no complaints about that since I knew it is a little far, what's amazed me was the chicken are still crispy and tender. Heavenly Banana Pudding 16oz (serves 2) is too sweet for me but over all is good. Will going to the restaurant if I have a chance

• 1 day agoFirst time trying Smothered Chicken* from here and it was absolutely smashable! very delicious and good portions! One of the tastiest most satisfying meals I've ordered in a while! If you love good ol down home southern fare then would definitely recommend!

• 25-05-08White Meat - Fried Chicken was dry as a bone, no flavor. Mac and cheese was bland and small portion. Over priced. Brown Butter Pecan Pie tasted very processed, not homemade. Will not be ordering from here again.

• 26-05-24I'm so bummed about this - I normally love Tupelo Honey, but it's definitely a place you need to experience in person. Every time I've ordered delivery, it's been super disappointing. I ordered the Caesar Salad ($13) with Salmon added for an additional $7, totaling a little over $20, and the whole thing barely passes as a side. There were no croutons, the salmon was tiny, and if I hadn't added the salmon I would have paid $13 for a handful of romaine sprinkled with Parmesan. This was in the Entree menu, for the record. It would have been a decent side, but pathetic as an entree. The Smothered Chicken* was okay, but the side of macaroni was barely over a few tablespoons. The side of grits was a little better in terms of size, and the flavor was good. The side of Rosemary & Parmesan Breakfast Potatoes* were overcooked but the portion was decent for the price. The Famous Fried Green Tomatoes* (normally my favorite) was significantly smaller than what you get in person at the restaurant, but with an inflated price. We've dined in a few times and ordered for delivery a few times - it's very clear that the delivery customers are viewed as significantly less important than the dine-in customers, which is so disappointing, considering how much we loved our dine-in experience and recommended this restaurant to all of our friends and family. If you want an authentic southern food experience, go to this restaurant in person. Otherwise don't even bother, it's embarrassing and you'll pay more money just to receive lesser quality food in much smaller portions.
