• 24-11-02The Hand-Punched Fries are awesome but not crispy as ordered. Plenty of ketchup packets thoughtfully included. The Big Tex burger was super greasy and also not cooked as requested. My order was picked up promptly and delivered quickly - my food was still warm when delivered.

• 22-03-11I paid $3.25 extra For the free range wag you beef… Do not waste your money on doing that. The meat was so overcooked I could barely eat it. The $4.00 french fries tasted like they had been cooked in oil that had been sitting out for a while. Overall the food was not great. Save your money and just go to Whataburger.

• 25-05-27Im pregnant so I asked for our burgers to be cooked well done but they were very undercooked which poses a risk for me and my baby therefore I couldnt eat my meal. Also, I asked for the fries to be extra crispy not BURNT. They literally tasted old too and as if they took old fries and refried them for our order. I was extremely disappointed especially since I was really craving burgers.
