The spicy salmon hand roll was honestly perfect. The salmon was fresh and soft, the spice just warm enough to wake everything up without taking over. The nori had that crisp snap, the rice was warm and a little sweet all of it coming together in this really comforting, really satisfying bite. I would order again! Portion was perfect amount of salmon vs rice ratio!

I loved the Beef Fried Rice. It had good quality and flavor. The Boston Roll and Sweet Potato Roll were fresh and looked beautiful. I will definitely order again if I return to this area!

I have ordered from U2 Japan in the past and never had any issues. This time, the food seemed completely different and I was very disappointed. I specifically had the Crab Rangoon (6 Pcs) and Spicy Salmon Roll, which I have ordered in the past. the spicy salmon roll doesn't normally have big chunks of salmon in it from anywhere I have ordered it from in the past, including U2 Japan. For some reason, this time it did and the texture just wasn't right like that. Also, the rolls didn't taste fresh or good at all. The crab rangoons weren't much better. They seemed to be all cream cheese and very little to no crab. I can't speak for the Gyoza and Tatsuta Age (Fried Chicken), as those were for another family member, although I did try one of each and they didn't seem much better with being fresh. I have enjoyed food from U2 Japan from past orders, which is why I'm still giving two stars instead of one, but I'm not sure I will order again after the poor food quality this time.
