What is a dosa? Dosa is a traditional south Indian crepe made of fermented rice and lentil batter. It is somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance but very crispy. (all dosa varieties are served with our homemade coconut and tomato chutney, with piping hot sambar until soul is satisfied).

Gluten. What is rava dosa? Rava dosa is a variation of the dosa, made with cream of wheat and rice flour, mixed with herbs and spices.

Spicy. What is a Mysore dosa? Spicy mysore dosa is a signature dish from a region of Karnataka called mysore, it is a fiery red chutney which is made with a perfect balance of herbs and spices spread on the thin crispy rice and lentil crepe.

What is an uttapam? Uttapams are thick south Indian pancakes made of fermented rice and lentil batter, cooked in low to medium heat and topped with your choice of flavorful toppings. (all uttapam varieties are served with our homemade coconut and tomato chutney, with piping hot sambar until soul is satisfied).
