Their bagels are so good and I love the fun flavors of cream cheese. Red velvet bagel was super yummy and a slight hint of chocolate, not overpowering. The peanut butter cream cheese was also incredible and so unexpected! !

First time ordering. Skimpy on the cream cheese and salmon. Pickled onion, not fresh. Very salty bagel. Whole thing kind of slapped together. It was $4 more than same from other Wont be ordering again.

Wanted a good pick-me-up the morning after a long night out downtown...Ugly Bagel did not disappoint! Very close to NY-style bagels. Lox & Loaded was delicious, large, and fresh, with a perfect blend of schmear, veg, meat, and saltiness. My friend had the Basically and gave the same praise on balanced ingredients and size. 100% recommend, and I'd happily order again when back in Nashville!

I got a cinnamon bagel toasted, it was not toasted and it kinda tasted oniony, like they used the same knife for the cream cheese or something. I also got a chai latte and it's not filled up all the way, just annoying for the price.

Absolutely amazing fresh tasty bagels! And if you turn it into a sandwich, even better. Once you turn it into a sandwich, the portion size is significant you generally will have to have them . Which is fine for me, one for now one for later.
