We received only two items from the order. Although Punugulu was charged at $8.79, it was never delivered, resulting in a loss of money. I’m not sure if this is a delivery issue or if the item was never handed over to the delivery person.

The food was so bland without flavor. I got the Hyderabad dum biryani and it did not have any of the signature taste. Was like eating some generic spicy food without any distinct flavor.
