Composition is good, everything is cut very very thick unlike mumbai. Raw onion was thick and disgusting. Chutney is very less and no amul or regular butter like mumbai

Badusha sweet is not cooked well. I could feel the raw dough. Also jaggery jilebi is very odd smelly.
Also veg puffs and Samosa's have over roasted almost black colored onion curry inside and very oilly too.

Loved the BHEL PURI. It had an authentic street-style taste. The portion size was generous, and everything felt fresh. I’d definitely order it again.
