The Popcorn Chicken Rice Bowl was fulfilling and satisfying. It came with the following sides: fried fish balls, fried tofu, kimchi, and seaweed salad. My only suggestion is to provide customers with the option to increase the spice level of the popcorn chicken for more flavor, as it may be too plain for some people.
The [UMe] Crème Brûlée Thai Tea was delicious. The silky, sweet crème brûlée is a pleasant compliment to the thai tea. The tapioca (boba) pearls were fresh and the correct balance of soft and chewy.

If takoyaki is available near me, I always got to try it. Theirs are no exception. So tasty and flavorful, it was perfect. The octopus has 2 options, spicy or no spicy, I chose the no spicy , honestly, it's good with or without. And saved the best for last: the milk tea, so delicious. Definitely recommend it

Cheese balls with butter cheese topping...disgusting! Smells bad and tastes like vomit. I have ordered the kimchi one multiple times within the past week and the topping has been ON THE SIDE every time. Today, I wanted to try a different topping (assuming it would also be on the side) and a heavy layer was put directly on my cheese balls. Ume should really give an option to choose NO TOPPING. The balls taste amazing as-is.

I ordered an Oreo creme brulee boba oolong milk tea, but it wasn't available. The store asked if I wanted to replace to another drink. Changed from Oreo milk tea to Creme brulee Thai tea. I paid more for Oreo milk than the creme brulee Thai tea. Among my order, there was already a creme brulee thai tea; with the replacement, there were 2. Both drinks arrived not Thai tea at all.
