This particular location in Menlo Park is terrible meeting their estimated times. Twice in a row, order was delayed by at least one hour because they were completing larger orders. I was unable to cancel the order due to the business marking that they were making my order a priority. However, the 1st two dashers left due to the delay and confirmed that the store had not yet started my order.
The Palo Alto location is great though!

This store wrote a note inside the bag to STOP ORDERING LATE! We ordered on the ordering 'window' time when you guys are still open. How nasty your staff is to be this passive aggressive. And we ordered more than $200 I guess he didn't like working. The drinks were labeled but not the food, and some ordered plant based where we had to figure out which is which.

Waited 30 minutes after it said the drink was ready for pickup. No one interacted and just let the drinks and fried chicken sit behind the counter. And finally a worker checked the receipt and said the drink was not made it yet. Ended up leaving because could not wait any longer. Should have just been honest and stop taking additional orders if they couldn't not keep up. And better customer interaction (acknowledging the customers). Everyone was very polite but grossed out by how long the food was left out behind the counter.
