This is my go-to dish to order. I've ordered it many, many times.
If you like/love eel(unagi), you want to order this dish. The whole top layer is eel. Perfectly cooked eel. Paired with a respectful amount of rice seasoned well with sauce but not overly heavy. The avocado is a great palate cleanser. The fish eggs are great for texture. It will fill you up and keep you happy for a good while.

You will not find a better a better restaurant to order sashimi from. consistent, quality, and very thickly cut. Their Tuna Poke Bowl is full, great assortment of toppings, respectful amount of rice. EVERYTHING TASTES AMAZING!

Umiya Sashimi Set B (15pcs) = above and beyond. HUGE slices of salmon. all sashimi were thickly cut, fresh and beyond delicious. it was heavy on the salmon but definitely new favourite place to order from.
Cheese Crab Roll (6 Pcs) - thickly cut and very well balanced.
