I used to order an extra cheese poutine every week, sometimes more than once. The cheese was fresh and squeeky and there was a lot. Since a year or so, not sure when it started, but the cheese isn't fresh, tastes old and sometimes is translucent. Unedible. I stopped ordering and changed for Gerard. I prefer the Valentine sauce, but the cheese is more important. Desapointing. I miss the old days.
