their carrot cake is one of the best I've ever had- really unique consistency! Nashville hot was perfectly Crispy and tangy. also, super friendly staff and great pick up experience. definitely gonna be a staple now

Easily one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. My wife and I absolutely loved everything. The Hydration Hero smoothie was worth every penny. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I'll be ordering again for sure. Super fresh!

Overall flavorless. Banh mi was the best of our order but could have used more flavor and for the price should have been much bigger. Wish the bread was more baguette like, it was more fluffy.
Mac and cheese was creamy and had good amount of sauce for pasta which was well cooked. But no salt, pepper, garlic, nothing. Literally no flavor.
Fried cauliflower was crispy, had a good fried flavor and was creamy on the inside. It was flavorless but overall okay but the ranch was gross and too vinaigry.
The santa fe chicken sandwich had no flavor. The quac was completely flavorless and the bread was flavorless it tasted like nothing. The chicken texture was pretty good though.

Since Next Level acquired Veggie Grill, the quality has gone down while their prices have significantly jumped. The Cali Tempeh Power bowl used to be enough for two servings, now it's a smaller bowl and they've replaced the greens with a generic spring mix bag you'd buy at a grocery store. The lettuce is mostly ribs and half wilted. They skimp on the tempeh... the literal point of the bowl. Don't get me started on the Mac + Cheese, which is now $8 for one cup!!!!!! And not offered as a side for your meal anymore. I used to rave about this place as a vegetarian fast casual spot. They seem to offer more fried items and have comprised the quality of their veggie-based ones. They are way too overpriced now for what they're offering.
