10/10. My fiancé has celiacs, and not only did they include the gluten free pasta, but without prompt, included gluten free bread in a separate bag. Also, pasta (gluten and gluten free) is some of the best in Chicago. We will continue to frequent Vinci!

Love that there are so many gluten free options! Most places offer just one or two, but there's a nice (and delicious) variety.

Really weird that the GF salad didnt include Parmesan cheese. Just because I have celiac disease and can't digest gluten, doesn't mean that I dont love cheese more than my own life. The caprese salad was beautiful, thankfully came with mozzarella. Gluten free bread underwhelming, but grateful that they had it nonetheless.
