what went well? everything. everything was perfect. packaged nicely, the fries are fresh and taste great. the driver was prompt and followed directions perfectly. i couldnt be happier with this order!

I normally never have a problem with ordering from Wendy's, but its sad to say that my burger tasted like it came out of a hot hold from four hours ago and not only were my nuggets small but they were hard as a rock. The only thing that was good out of my order was my potato, which also wasn't even closed all the way at the bottom of my sealed bag. I normally don't complain, but I was highly disappointed whether employees care about their job or not, at a slow pace hour of business, food should always be made fresh.

I love the Biggie Bags, as they have several my favorite items included in them. Wendy's has been a favorite of mine from the 80s! I love the Crispy Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie™ Bag, as I always liked the sandwich, and the fresh lettuce, tomato, and the bacon make it so good! I love the Frostys, and so does my cat Saffron!She loves the Vanilla Frosty®too!!! I always share some with her!
Our driver was very pleasant and nice, and the food was very good and hot! I look forward to ordering more Wendy's food, via Door Dash!!!

We order from this location frequently from work, and whether delivery or pick-up, they regularly mess up the order. This past Sunday was a pickup order and the employee said there wasn't an order. When shown the order, he said, “I don't want to talk to you about this anymore” and walked away. The order was over $45 and I was not leaving without the order. They finally gave us the order but still managed to forget the ghost pepper fries.
