the fries were horrific old stale ice cold fries what a waste of money. the burgers had over fried chicken I have never had this bad from Wendy's

We have loved Wendy's spicy chicken filet sandwiches for years if on the rare occasion we eat fast food. Tonight was a shock! The sandwiches have shrunk to the size of a child's sandwich. The chicken that use to be thick and tasty is now like eating a small piece of tasteless cardboard. No more Wendy's for us! Never going there again.

They sent me the wrong frosty, burger was burnt and the fries tasted as if they reheated the ones from the day before. I won't order from then again for a while.

i was under the impression that the chilli would come separately, like it did previously whenever i ordered it. it was absolutely disgusting
