Actually got my order right unlike Burger King and came very quick too. Love Wendy's as it's always great service and the food is fire as well

I keep hoping and trying, but the quality is dreadful. Burgers desiccated, fries stale, chili watery. Packaging inferior to other fast food chains. Would not order, not fresh, consistent in disappointment

Tasted stale, Fries were from an hour ago. Bacon was old and cold. Burger was NOT fresh. For $27.00i expect a little bit moreat the very least freshness. Made a decisionyo not eat Wendy's after a poor experience. I see nothing has changed. Absolutely NOT

Burger was not what I'm used to.. dry and kinda burnt. Did not taste fresh and didn't end up finishing it. Strange for Wendy's.

I ordered A LOT of INDIVIDUALIZED biggie bags for teacher appreciation week. This store made everything correctly! Not a single nugget missing, all French fries filled to the top, enough sauces all drinks correct. I'm sure they were cursing the order when it came in, but they still did a great job!
