The Parmesan Caesar Salad was not edible; the lettuce was old and soggy. The parmesan tasted gross. Very disappointing. I couldn't eat it; I had to throw it out. I have never had a bad salad from Wendy's until today.

Shame on you, Wendy's: you cut the size of your Chicken Parm Salad in half, but you're still charging over $11!. Are you trying to drive your customers away??? Are you making that much more money by cutting iceberg lettuce down? I feel so cheated .

The worst Wendy's I have ever had. Baby burger was tasteless, fries were ok. Soda was completely flat!

When it's right, it's great. BUT...I've paid for a Parm chicken salad and gotten that salad with NO CHICKEN; I've ordered the same salad with bacon added, paid for it, and got NO bacon; the lettuce was already turning brown; the drink in the order was missing. Very disappointing at the least - and the management does nothing.
