everything Is always correct when we order from Wendy's. 10/10 1st time trying the Vanilla Frosty-ccino® if you like iced black coffee with only a semi-rich vanilla cream- this is perfect

Big Bacon Classic® Combo had 2 pieyes of what looked like shredded lettuce no tomato was on it. Burgers are dry.Looks nothing like what this sandwich is supposed to be im got a drink to wash this down. But the 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets are good.

The Breakfast Baconator® was good, but clearly looks nothing like the picture. The Seasoned Potatoes are good, but the seasoning doesn't really say " breakfast". Sausage Biscuit was excellent. And the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was abject robbery. A hard lump of cinnamon dough that was so stale and/or overcooked, I had to stab it and gnaw it like an animal. It was not helped by the sugary glop poured on that I had to pay extra for. Not a lot worth coming back for.

This will be my last time ordering/dashing from Wendy's. This is the second time they got my order wrong. This time I didn't get my burger properly made.. it lacked lettuce, bacon, tomato, and mayo. It was just a regular cheeseburger with ketchup and cheese, which I did NOT pay for or WANT. Also the frosty barely had the strawberry puree in it. It just seemed like they weren't even trying. The fries was over cooked and a little cold. I didn't have any problems with the chicken nuggets, they were actually the only thing they didn't mess up which is crazy. I forgot to do the review because I was just overly blown and very annoyed that this happened AGAIN. Last time they messed up my order I didn't even get any type of refund. Please fix your staff Wendy's, they aren't doing their job correctly. I hated this experience and I'm genuinely concerned as to why this corporation is making these mistakes, because of the low level staff. Clearly some changes need made.
