The restaurant was slow; Door Dash estimated it would be 25 minutes, I waited substantially longer. The food arrived cold and the Baconator was grossly overcooked without the added condiments ordered; the staff did remove the Mayo as requested, but did not place ketchup and mustard on the burger as ordered. While I ordered a Coke Zero, I received a red drink of some sort...Hawaiian Punch, I think. The Double Stack™ was at least dressed as advertised, but it was cold. The fries had queso as ordered and were warm in a heat preserving container. I ate the Double Stack™, but took two bites of the Baconator® Combo sandwich and threw the rest out. I ate the fries. I should have given a one star, but because the fries were a 3.0 and the Double Stack™ a 2.5, I am giving them a break. To be real, I should have known better, as this location tends to provide an unworthy product whether obtained at the store or through delivery. I hope this store will improve.

Our large items were not even half way full. Out baconator fries didn't have the toppings and it was like 10 fries in there. Our bag was not sealed. Very disappointed.
