So I order the Classic Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was over cooked, and the drink did not have any protiction over the lid. Was not sure if it was a diet Dr. Pepper nothing was showing it was diet. The Chicken sandwich was ok but it was dry. I was disappointed since the sandwich did not even look close to what is advertised. I normally Love Wendy's.

Missing Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, Baked Potato with cheese and bacon and double stack and a half-filled french fry container. Poor, poor quality of service. Its a shame because we all know the manager planted themself at the end of the line by the drive thru and didn't double check the order.

No sour cream for Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato. No salt or pepper included even though they were selected. Big Bacon Classic® so soaked with ketchup it was inedible. Usually a great place. Not this time, though.

All three sandwiches had burnt bacon that was literally black and 2 of the sandwiches had add on bacon thet I paid extra for. I also had the wrong buns and they were drenched in sauce to probably cover up the taste of charred bacon. I never have problems with Wendy's but this wasn't just bad it was horrible. I used to work in the food industry and I understand mess ups but I shouldn't have been served what I got.

Bread on my burger tasted stale and my Raven’s Blood Frosty®, Chocolate came half melted with chocolate sauce instead of black cherry.
