My son doesn't like cheese so I was getting him the Chili but it had cheese on it once it arrived and we looked at it. Other that that error it was delicious and it felt warm, and fresh. The size of everything was perfect really filling for a family of 3

This Wendy's usually gets the order right but this time the sandwich seemed like is was sitting there for a while and not fresh. There was only one burger inside so it was the son not the baconator. Fries also tasted like there was salt on there.

All 3 of our burgers were incorrect. There were many missing toppings. Toppings were there that we had specifically noted werent wanted, cheese & bacon, for example. The $50 we spent for a family of 3 was wasted.

There was one staff woman who was very customer friendly and made the experience good. I appreciate that. Also, they got everything correct in the order.

Chicken Nuggets were dried out and not edible.
Chicken Sandwhich was the same way. Fries were okay and Sugar Cookie was halfway soft and chewy, the the rest of it was hard a a rock.
