Burgers were severly overcooked. Were more like jerky than a normal Wendy burger. The burgers werent made according to our simple requests of ketchup only. Didnt receive one of our sandwiches. This wendys is always a mess.

My father lives in a nursing home in Troy, Ohio. I don't live near him so I do Door Dash to make him smile. He was craving a Taco Salad from Wendy's. I ordered it and was so very disappointed when he told me that he received a bowl of lettuce with tomatoes and cheese.
Wendy's..... please do better!

No ice in both large drinks, large fries half full, and the 10 piece nuggets were half spicy nuggets or should I said mainly spiced nuggets with only three original nuggets. Archers always been hit or miss.
