I put in my order on the app from the start saying that I wanted it to be a pick up order but when the app said it was ready and I literally went a mile down the street to go pick it up. I told her my name and showed her the screen and she just gonna look confused and she looked over at the section where they leave all the pick up orders and DoorDash orders and she claimed not to see it three times and she started to get irritated and then her manager came up, grabbed my food off the same table. She just looked at three times and they had the nerve to say it was changed from a delivery to a pick up. I didn't bother saying anything because I had to get back to work, but that was completely unprofessional.

I didn't receive the chicken sandwich I ordered, fries were terribly old and cold.sauce for the nuggets was punctured and spilled out in the bag. This is just another bad experience smh.

Everything was good except the burger. Bacon was not properly cooked and the cheese wasn’t slight melted then the bread was very dry not warm at all. Very disappointed SMH
