The burger patties on the Dave's Combo were burnt. Also on the Biggie Bundle the burger patties were burnt. The Apple Crumble Frosty Fusion®, Vanilla and OREO® Brownie Vanilla Frosty Fusion™ were put in a bag with the hot food causing them to melt into soup. The freshness one would expect from vegetables was lacking at best.
Overall horrible experience. After a long day we just wanted something comforting and consistent. We got inattentive, bad customer service, and poor quality.
Wendy's was one of our go-to places, but now I doubt we would order again. #VERYDisappointed

The hamburger meat tasted old/spoiled. The onions on the burger seemed like they were wilted. The burger was super messy. The chicken sandwich was actually 10/10! Will order that again! Fries.... ehhhhhh could've been better.

The Cinnabon Cinnabon® Pull-Apart (I got 2) were both so hard I couldn't eat them, and they barely had any cream cheese topping. Said they couldn't do a Thin Mints™ Vanilla Frosty® because they couldnt do any coffee or ice cream drinks, but sent a junior vanilla frosty. ??????

The. Cobb Salad was delicious. It was fresh and crisp. The bacon was crispy.and tasty.
This was a very good meal. The dressing, a packaged ranch was tangy and not the best.

Workers forgot the cheese and the chicken sandwich was dry and hard as a puck. Horrible service. My driver had to wait 35 minutes for my order with no other customers in store or in the drive through.
