Sauce option selected, no sauce. Bag was not sealed and a bit crumpled, perhaps that part was the driver. Otherwise perfectly fine, enjoyed my food. Oh, and the burger looked a bit larger in the picture for sure. Fine deal since it came with a few nuggets as well. (Bacon double stack biggie bag)

what are the medium fry I think I got like four fries bag was completely sealed so I know it wasn't the driver lazy workers or something

I would go in person.It seems ordering delivery from this store is quite problematic.Every time i order through the app, I always get the wrong items. I ordered a breakfast croissant that came with2 sausage patties,no egg,no bacon, and a slice of cheese on a regular hamburger bun. If the sandwich itself wasn't $7, it wouldn't be so bad...but when you're paying that much for a specific sandwich and you get something not even close to what you wanted, it's quite wasteful. They also do nothing to make it right. Save your money and just order in the drive through. They are usually better at getting it right in person...

I order two frostys that were $3.86 a piece. They were out of the frostys & subscripted the frostys for cookie, which was fine. But was given 2 cookies, mine you the cookies are $2.49 a piece. So, they stole the remaining balance I had spent on the frostys. That is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous & horrible customer service. I will be filing a complaint & getting a refund
