Coffee came spilt all over lid. Most of its ice instead of coffee and doesn't have the caramel taste!

I really struggled to eat this; I was so hungry, but it was truly disgusting. I couldn't even finish eating these french fries and the burger was so soggy. I don't think this burger was prepared fresh at all, it seemed like it was sitting for maybe a couple of hours. Also, the french fries were coated in a sticky, shiny substance. This was truly disgusting; I'm actually shocked that the restaurant would serve food in such poor quality. I hate to sound harsh, but this was revolting. It is such a turn off that I don't think I'll ever even go to Wendy's in person again.

food was very good. the fries were even crispy BUT clicked on the 2for1 coupon that came up in the app... looked like it was what we were getting when checking out... only one burger came. was promptly refunded for the missing burger.
