against my better judgement, I ordered a coffee with my food. I asked for one cream and the coffee looked like a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. it was undrinkable.

the Cobb salad was thrown together, missing parts of it, I paid for Ceasar dressing and didn't get it, asked for croutons and also didnt get those. and the fries were half filled. good job guys

This is my second time ordering Wendy's and both times my order is messed up. Last time, I got a straw but no drink. This time, I ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich (Cals: 480) which was ok but a bit dry. I ordered a side of Bacon Poutine (Cals: 700) and got a poutine with no bacon. I clicked twice for napkins and it was on my receipt. I did not receive a single one. Employees need to learn to read orders better. I will be ordering elsewhere.
