The Chili is getting better every time I order it and delicious. The 10 PC. Saucy Nuggs Combo is the best saucy nuggets around, crispy fresh and saucy !! French Fries.... way way too salty however overall the food is great

My bigback just got my paycheck and decided to reward myself with wendys because it just opened. When I tell you oh my god it was heaven, my girl hadn't bad wendys in so long (im talking abt myself.) anyway, the 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets were so buss and the burger ohhhh dont get me started, yall need to eat the chicken nuggets with ranch trust me yall, especially with the ranch they give you, but the Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger Combo was so good but lowkey expensive ngl, but honestly idc

Barely any mayo in the chicken sandwich. No sour cream or butter spread for baked potatoes yet again.

I'm not sure about anyone else... but I personally don't enjoy eating dry food... if I'm ordering a nugget of any kind, I do expect to receive whatever sauces are ordered with them. And a dry Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato (once more without sour cream against my will... one of THREE ingredients) without butter isn't exactly to my taste either.
It's also very hard to wash down the dry food if there's no straw included either.
This has been an ongoing issue with this establishment. Review the training and do better.

I order from here often- the food is good. the thumbs down is because when I order delivery, they never do my modifications. for instance,today, 2 of my Spicy Chicken Sandwichi added cheese. 2 pieces per sandwich. I paid extra.per slice. Not one slice of cheese arrived at my house. i get being busy, BUT this has happened multiple times the last few months. including missing frosty)out of that flavor but not offered something else) was not reimbursed either.
