Usually everything is pretty good, but today was just disappointing. For starters, as soon as I received my order, I noticed my Vanilla Frosty was basically liquid. Popped it in the freezer and called Wendy's to let them know directly. Wasn't too big of a deal. But then I unwrapped the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, and it looked a little... empty. No leaf of lettuce, but a light sprinkling of shredded lettuce, which changes the flavor a lot more than you'd think. They also shorted me a whole strip of bacon (it shows to have 3 under customization options), and the 2 I did have were tiny. I've eaten here a lot over the years and I don't think I've ever seen a bacon portion so small. It barely taste like the sandwich I was expecting.

My dasher was great but my wrap was not done the best. I got the grilled chickenwrap which tasted am but it wasnt wrapped well at all. Everything was falling out when I openedthe wrapper bec the tortilla was open. It was very chal and messy to eat. Tasted great though

Cookies were very hard and non eatable and chicken looked horrible and we have been a loyal customer for the last 6 mths eating lunch daily

chicken nuggets tasted like they were cooked in old oil. very bad taste. and potato looked like it was cooked to long very dark brown and skin was crinkled

I have never had a bad experience with Wendy's until today. the chicken nuggets were cold and tasted like old oil. the bake potato was hot and tasted fine. But look like it had been mashed down. not sure I will order again from them.
