Food was good tonight. They were out of Frosty's, but the Dasher communicated and got a substitute drink for me. For the inconvenience, Wendy's up sized the drink and fries. Thanks for going above and beyond tonight!

Not 1 item in my order was fresh. 10PC. Saucy Nuggs were old. Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo was dry and they did not include sour cream with the side (baked potato). Big Bacon Classic® Combo was okay, minus them not including the side (chili). They put crackers and a spoon in the bag but missed putting the chili in there. They must have been confused because the 10PC. Saucy Nuggs were in a large chili cup container.

I'm not sure who decided to grab the old burnt fries without any of the toppings on, that come with the baconator fries. I'm really confused on how sometimes this keeps happening to me when I all I have are a few items and regular fries don't even come in that container to read the order wrong and think I wanted plain fries. I was given old burnt bad fries and I'm not sure how that was an accident either because they were all funky looking some were even stale . This was 10/21/24 night time shift.

The Krabby Patty Kollab Meal is just a thicker meat patty in a square shape. Got a baked potato and they left the chilli off that I paid for. DoorDash is hit or miss. I get more misses and DoorDash says im a problem because I report missing ingredients that I pay extra for each time.

The food was perfect. However, we never receive napkins or a straw for the drink. It is happening each time we door dash.
