Order missing taco salad completely which happens a lot from this restaurant and it was the most expensive thing I ordered. Baked potato with sour cream with chives looked like it was baked yesterday. Not fluffy at all.

wax paper that separates cheese was in my sandwich. no salt on fries like I had selected. not sure what was going on with the orange juice bottle but it was as if someone removed the seal and tried to re glue it. This was a very sketchy meal

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst order ever, completely wrong. My 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets were undercooked. The Baconator® Combo wasnt even a baconator. They gave me a kids burger with ketchup all over the place. When I tried to call the store to simply get a replacement order made to pick up the staff picked up the phone and hung up multiple times.

Customer service was awful. Waited over 10 minutes for my order to be handed to me once receiving a notification my order was ready. Workers were aware I was waiting for them to hand me my order. I brought it to their attention and instead of helping they replied someone will come and help you. They were more busy talking to one another than assisting the customers waiting.
