Our pastrami Bagel Sandwiches were fresh and made of good quality ingredients. We were pleased that they were delivered quickly and were still warm. The only thing that was disappointing was that they did not include the lettuce and tomato on the sandwiches. We did not have the time to get it corrected so had to eat them as they were.

What is wrong with this? The bagel is completely black and charred and the "egg" is literally green. This has no flavor. What happened here?

The amount of onion I got on my bagel after specifically stating no onions is ungodly. The matcha is still in clumps, like they didn't bother mixing it at all.

Bagels are good but super small. I got their Baker's Dozen Bagels and they are so small they don't fill up the box. I thought they forgot half my order when I first opened it. Again, it all tastes good. Not spectacular, but good.
