this location is way too inconsistent with service, the last few orders ive gotten from this location theyve forgotten things like putting sauce on a patty melt or just forgetting my entire drink. when its good its as good as any other whataburger out there, but im not fond of spending this much money to spin a wheel of actually getting everything i paid for.

Meat was dry as can be. Felt like I was eating cardboard tbh, only thing tht was good was the soda even tho it had enough ice to refill the soda machine back up meaning i really only got about 10sips max. Overall yea thang was dry. Soda was full of ice.

My sausage biscuit had a lot of egg shell in it. Cooks need to pay attention, its gross to bite into egg shells.

Doordashing from this location is like buying a lottery ticket knowing you're going to lose. Every time I order from this specific location my order is unbelievably wrong. They don't know the ingredients in their own burgers. For example, the Bacon Steakhouse Double burger I ordered typically comes with meat, cheese, sauce, fried onions and pickles. This time however they took the liberty of adding lettuce tomato mustard and raw onions making an absolutely abysmal burger.
