I looooooove Whataburger. I will add that at times there's not napkins in the bag. This time they did do well in putting spicy ketchup in there!

order was missing a burger by itself decided to call the store manager ilse advice me i could pick it up the next day but when i was able to go to the location manager told me she never talked about that incident

I paid for extra gravy, ketchup and spicy ketchup and didn't get it in my order. When you are charging extra for condiments, please make sure you are placing them with the orders.
