Ordered online today due to personal issues and was not able to get a shake. Shakes due to it being out. The #24 Breakfast Burger Whatameal® my only issue here^. No chocolate Shakes is just depressing.
The #24 Breakfast Burger Whatameal® was very good I could devour 3 of them on my own, but we shared one.
You don't getyour money back through DoorDash unfortunately, but the workers were some of the nicest you'll ever meet. Lucy is always there on overnight drive thru and I'm sure any locals know her. The whole staff is kind and understanding. What a burger has always been made to order so it was definitely a fresh breakfast sandwich. If I could compare it to anything, it'd be a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle from McDonalds.
This location is a great choice for that 4am craving that no one else can get. I will definitely be ordering again, and have had very few issues, most have been fixed. The only complaint I had was not getting a yummy $5 chocolate Shakes at 3am.
The staff reminded me of the tea I brought in, they're considerate. At least the night shift. I only ever go after midnight in my hoodie blanket but it's a great third party to hang out when it's not too busy .
Also the chocolate milk was small for the price

Usually order the chicken strip meal and number 1 this time I ordered both and a cookie, all I received was a half the order and they NEVER give me sauces I pay for, straws for drinks, anything. This time I also got 2 tiny apple juices instead of the 2 large drinks I paid EXTRA for, apple juices also came with no way to drink them, bags were open, no sauces for anything I ordered even the sauces I paid extra to have didn't receive them. And I ordered a cookie aswell and they didn't even give me the cookie. Whataburger is extremely bad about not having drinks available, no sauces, no communication, and having poor quality food. Yet I'm still gonna order for late night cravings but it's always an issue with each order

got a Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich Whatameal® everything tasted like it was cooked in plastic fries were cooked in old oil not worth the money anymore

Food from this location is usually really good, but not this time. The 2 #7 Whataburger Jr.® burgers I ordered were overcooked, the meat was super thin and tough, the completed burger was dry, had almost no veggies, and the bread was old. To make matters worse the French Fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting there for hours. The Medium Shakes were almost completely melted and tasted off. I am very disappointed with this order.

Patty Melt and burger were great as normal. The fries and onion rings were not fresh. Both were limp and the breading on the onion rings were soggy. Not what we are used to from Whataburger. This is the first time we've gotten bad sides from them so hopefully it was just a off night. I will give them another chance to make sure it isn't something they have changed and will let you know when I do.
