the fries have been soft the last 2 times I've eaten there. at the location by walmart and I watched the cook cook them...very disappointed. not getting them for a while as I hope they get better. they used to be consistent

#27 Breakfast Bowl. Had it yesterday and it was perfect. Just had it now and the gravy was all watery! Disgusting! Made it feel like cereal.

Order took a long time and was cold upon delivery. Dasher even tried to have them remake but they refused
