Did not follow the instructions. I had request honey mustard for chicken and there was not any. Fries were not cooked well. Did not meet the typical whata burger standards for their fries.

I ordered a sausage biscuit. I received a bacon biscuit. Hashbrowns were overcooked and you could not even eat them. My food was very cold. This was a horrible experience.

This is the first time this to happen, but my spicy chicken was a regular chicken sandwich and it was so thin and tough I don't know if I'll be able to finish....
