Onion rings were burnt and soggy, I paid extra for cheese and there was no cheese on my burger. Disappointed.

I ordered taquitos with sausage crumbles which is usually amazing but they ran out of sausage crumbles and took old sausage patties and slid them in there the only way I know is I called the restaurant to what was going on and she said they ran out
