i ordered a tray of 6 cinnamon rolls for 20$ they only gave me 1 of 6 and i'm not able to get a refund

The DoorDash orders are always super dry and thrown together. Order was wrong. I ordered a double meat burger and they threw one dry patty in some bread and threw it out the door.
