Got here fast enough for it to have been hot and fresh, was not. I worked fast food and so I know what meat looks like that was cooked earlier and also over cooked, the burger patty was dry and shrunken so much smaller than the bun. The bun was dry and hard. The fries were not fresh and were not crunchy. Waste of money, went in the trash.

we ordered 3 chicken strip meals. 2 w ranch and 1 with an extra strip and extra gravy and large fries. no ranch was given. no extra gravy and one box only had 2 chicken strips not 3. and no large fries. an overall mess.

There have already been about seven orders where I clearly ask for no pickles and onions, and it seems like the kitchen staff doesn’t care. They always send it with pickles and onions anyway. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service has really been going downhill.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor service I received. I am allergic to pickles, and I clearly specified when placing my order that I wanted my burger WITHOUT PICKLES. However, my burger was served with pickles anyway.
This is unacceptable, especially because it involves a food allergy. Even if the pickles are removed, their juice and flavor remain on the burger, making it unsafe for me to eat.
I find it very disappointing and irresponsible that such an important instruction was ignored. I am requesting a full refund, as my order was not prepared according to my instructions and I cannot safely consume the food.
