Yikes, this was the most disgusting Whataburger order I've ever received. Both chicken Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich Whatameal® and Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger Whatameal® dried out, wrong toppings, both meant to be on Texas toast but instead provided on severely burnt buns. Soggy fries, onion rings ok.

Who ever worked this shift are the bomb. Had a relatively complicated sandwich that was executed perfectly.

Ordered a cheese burger with no pickles or onions. I got a hamburger with pickles. No cheese. Allergic to pickles. Have to throw away. The 2 orders of French fries taste like old cardboard. Must be using old oil because they are awful tasting.

Tha hamburger was overcooked. Very dry. The toppings were askew on the hamburger. The bun was soggy. The taste was just average.

It seems to happen a lot where my order is never right and it wasn't this time either. I ordered a Diet Coke but got a Dr pepper instead. My food was cold as usual. Dashers need to pay more attention to the orders and not to place food in front of the AC vent.
