Fries were cold and mushy, burgers undercooked, bread stale and just generally poor quality. Whataburger used to have the best burgers but now serve old food. Completely disgusted to have spent $60 on food that was so gross.

Everything was old and stale.They sent the wrong flavor of Shakes. I asked for strawberry and got vanilla. No maybe they ran out of strawberry so they substituted.But the tenders were hard and dry. The French fries were stale and inedible. I've had food here before and was good so I can only imagine that it was the late shift that failed

the buns, the #1 Whataburger® Whatameal® burger, just everything was so dry even though it had mayo & ketchup in it! the Hot Apple Pies tasted old 👎🏼

Everything was great besides the wait, per usual, but my gravy I paid extra for was missing and my fries were mostly cold.
