burger was soggy lettuce and tomatoe was gross. onions were no sautéed right and didn't see any cheese. I paid exta for those things. also mysweet tea was spilled in the bag and my food was wet. waste of 31.00. Ifdriver didn't notice the tea was spilled when hepicked it up it must of happened during transit.

Chicken is extremely dry and hard like it has been sitting for a long time. Everytime I get it delivered it's hard, but if I go through the drive thru myself it's very good and fresh. What's up??Also.. where I had it delivered is less than two minutes away so it's not the distance that's making the chicken cold or hard.

Received food at door drinks were knocked over. One junior had a pinch of lettuce, hardly any mustard and the same with the other and no onion. I don't understand. Also ask for ketchup and did not receive any.

Although the food is always fresh and done quickly, they will only give the dasher part of the order such as drinks first. And they do not tell them that there is still the rest of the meal coming and to wait for it. The dasher then ends up delivering only drinks or only the food without drinks etc. This has happened several times with this location with different dashers.
Should the dasher also be double checking they have the full order! Yes!
