Our order was pretty basic, a chicken strip kids meal a number one Whataburger meal and a patty melt, with a pack of spicy ketchup. We got everything except for the patty melt and the spicy ketchup. Called Whataburger let them know that the Pattie milk was not in the order. Employee said they knew it was in there. They packed it themselves, so my husband went up there with the receipt and the DoorDash order. Employee stated that on the patty melt and spicy ketchup was in there because they packed our order themselves. We don't want anything for free. We don't ask for handouts. A mistake was made. No one would fess up to the mistake so my husband paid for another patty melt because it was not given to us in the DoorDash order.

Poorly built sandwiches that had to be reassembled to eat properly. Not at all in line with the standards Whataburger seeks to provide.

There was no option to get extra hashbrowns. so, I ordered French Fries which were not fresh. Everything else was good.

Both Burgers were only meat and cheese, no lettuce, tomato, pickles or onion.
