Food was unbearable to eat! I received a medium cheese fry with barely any fry that was suppose to be xtra sauce and there was a drop of sauce! I ordered two fish sandwiches with tartar and received no tartar! This is the second time I ordered this and it was again horrible. I didn't say anything the first time because I chalked it up as just you guys having a bad night I was wrong. I will never order that again. I will not be ordering White Castle ever again.

Burgers, fries, and onion rings were not fresh and hot. I did like that they communicated about missing items.
