4 stars because of the timely manner the food was ready in. I am down the street from this location so it did not take long for food to arrive but chicken rings were very soggy. Could've been cooked longer.

This ABSOLUTELY the worst White Castle, ever since they upgraded and have AI taking your order instead of a human they literally mess up orders every single time. They forgot multiple big items, like how do you forget 8 burgers. If you ordered cheese sticks, you'll most likely get french fries if you get anything at all. If you order cheeseburgers, they will absolutely charge you for a cheeseburger, but not put the cheese on it EVERYONE in Whiting knows this, some people drive to Hammond. DoorDash didn't give me an option. Also expect to sit in the drive-through for about 30 minutes bc it's like 2 people working. Management at this place needs to be fired and they need to hire more people working so there's accuracy in the orders.

Entire order poor quality.
Received undercooked impossible THE IMPOSSIBLE® SLIDER barely melted cheese, added lettuce and Ketchup not included. Didnot recieve DOUBLE CHEESE SLIDER CAL 300-330 , rather received a single cheese slider, The PANKO FISH SLIDER CAL 340-350 , looks a bit old and tough, either way no sauce came with it though I did indicate, and who wants to eat a dry hard PANKO FISH SLIDER CAL 340-350 ? also ordered a 1/2 gallon HIC orange... I received a small COCA-COLA Freestyle® Drinks ... smh. not sire if there is communication issues between DD platform and store ... but even the items were recoeved were poor quality.
