The best Thai restaurant in San Diego! The food is incredible. My current favorite is their sweet sausage fried rice. Ive dined in, picked up take-out, and door dashed their food quite a bit. Every time the food is highly quality and comes packaged so nicely. I will be a loyal supporter of White Elephant for a long time.

The mango sticky rice was a hard ball of rice wrapped in plastic wrap, no mango anything, hard lump and not edible. Did level 3 heat out of 10 and I'd consider the heat like an 8 out of 10. Way overpriced for quality.

The red curry was tasty and a nice amount of chicken and veg. The steamed veggies are plentiful and no over-steamed so will compliment a meal tomorrow. The downside was the pineapple rice which had no discernable flavor unless you bit into a piece of pineapple, and the rice was overcooked and mushy.

The sauce was good, they put enough mango pieces, but I was sad that the chicken was not the best. 80% of my platter was filled with hard flat chicken ): I wish I took a pic, I pretty much ate the mango and tossed the chicken. But I love mango chicken so next time I'll try it in the restaurant

The Pad Thai was ok but the Mango chicken was subpar and even gross. There was no chicken in it. It was just pieces of fried dough with no texture and the sauce appeared cheesy and yellow instead of expect. The sauce wasn't the worst part, the lack of chicken was.
