The Braised Short Rib Poutine was flavourful and the portion size definitely was worth the money.
The fries were cut to a perfect size and the gravy was smothered all over and melted the cheese. Great job White Spot!

no chips on the bottom of the Southwest Chicken Quesadilla so it was all soggy, chicken was chewy. Chicken, Broccoli & Cheese - super small portion, transferred to contained upside down, barely any chicken - overall, looks very unappetizing

I love the Spot's Zoo Sticks. Normally I upgrade the fries that come with a burger for an additional $4. Imagine my dismay when I order the Zoo Sticks as a stand alone item for $16.69 only to receive exactly the same number of Zoo Sticks. That's quadruple the price for the same thing. Lesson learned - buy them with a burger. Definitely not worth over $16 as a stand alone item.

The Chicken, Broccoli & Cheese casserole had only broccoli and no chicken. It was dumped into a plastic container. The Spinach & Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo was burnt, the chicken was over cooked from the outside and raw from the inside. This White Spot location is clearly waiting to be closed down.

I have grown up in Vancouver and have eaten at White Spot countless times. The fish in the fish and chips I ordered tonight was terrible. The batter was extremely thick covering a small amount of fish. I paid $36 to have this delivered via Door Dash. A total waste of money. I believe this item was prepared at the White Spot at Drake and Granville.
